Prior to joining SQN, Timur spent 10 years at a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, where he advised clients across Russia’s industrial sector on senior leadership appointments, and later served as head of the firm’s business in Romania for four years. This international experience enables him to address complex leadership challenges by combining global best practices with deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
