Anton is Co-Founder of SQN and leads the firm's CEO Practice. He advises investors, shareholders and boards of directors on CEO appointments, succession and leadership decisions. His work focuses on identifying exceptional chief executives and helping boards build effective partnerships with the CEOs they appoint.
For more than 30 years, Anton has advised on the appointment of CEOs and board directors. He also serves as a trusted adviser and mentor to first-time CEOs, helping them navigate the critical early months in role, establish credibility and develop their own leadership style. In addition, he works with experienced chief executives on leadership effectiveness, career transitions and long-term succession planning—from preparing for a CEO transition to exploring portfolio careers or reducing operational responsibilities.
Prior to co-founding SQN, Anton led the Board Practice in the Russian offices of Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart, two of the world's leading leadership advisory firms.
